1. About This Policy
This policy applies to all purchases of online courses and digital content sold through aily.dk. It is designed to comply with applicable consumer protection laws, including:

EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights

The Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven)

Applicable local consumer protection laws in your country of residence
Where your local law grants you stronger rights than those described here, those rights will apply. This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
2.1 Your statutory right
If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use, not as a business), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date of your order confirmation, without giving any reason.
2.2 Exception: Digital content with immediate access
The right of withdrawal does not apply if both of the following conditions are met:

You have been given immediate access to the digital content (e.g. the course becomes available straight away), AND
-
You have explicitly consented, during the checkout process, to delivery beginning immediately and acknowledged that this means you waive your right of withdrawal.
If you did not give this consent at checkout, your full 14-day right of withdrawal remains in place.
3. Our Voluntary 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer the following voluntary guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date — regardless of how much of the course you have watched.
To request a refund under this guarantee, simply email us at katja@aily.dk with your order number. No explanation is required.
This voluntary guarantee supplements — but does not replace — your statutory rights under EU and Danish law.
4. Free Courses and Discount Codes
4.1 Free courses
If you have obtained access to a course free of charge (including via a promotional offer, partnership, or gift), no right of refund applies, as no payment has been made. Access may be revoked at our discretion in accordance with our Terms of Service.
4.2 Courses purchased with a discount code
If you have purchased a course using a promotional discount code, the following applies:

Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal continues to apply in full (you are entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid).

Our voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to purchases made with a discount code. Discount codes are offered as a special promotion and refunds beyond statutory rights are not available in these cases.
Example: If you purchased a course at 50% off using a code, and you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid.
5. Exclusions
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

Purchases made by businesses or organisations (B2B purchases are not covered by consumer protection law)

Courses that have been customised or created specifically for you

Requests made after 14 days of the purchase date, where the right of withdrawal has been waived at checkout
6. How to Request a Refund or Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from a purchase or request a refund, contact us within the applicable period:

The course you wish to cancel or return
We will confirm receipt of your request without undue delay and process any refund within 14 days of confirmation.
Refunds are returned via the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
7. International Customers
AILY is based in Denmark and governed by Danish and EU law. However, if you are resident in a country whose consumer protection laws provide you with stronger rights than those described in this policy, those rights will apply to you.
For customers in specific regions:

EEA/EU: Full EU consumer rights apply, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.

United Kingdom: Your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.

United States: Refund rights vary by state. Our voluntary 14-day guarantee applies regardless.

Other countries: Our voluntary 14-day guarantee applies as a minimum. Statutory rights under your local law are not affected.
